CLEANING SERVICE
There are three types of cleaning service, an initial builders clean on takeover of the property, a regular cleaning service. Most new properties require an initial industrial clean to remove plaster and grout residues and other one-off cleaning requirements usually associated with new builds.
The builders clean includes removal of all remains of plaster, cement and general grime on floors, doors, patios, terraces etc. Window and glass cleaning throughout and a thorough clean of all paintwork, built in furniture, kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures and fittings, including wall tiles.
Our regular cleaning service can be provided throughout the year, as and when required, to suit client needs e.g. regular monthly cleaning, holiday rental changeover and midweek cleaning, adhoc cleaning on request etc.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
The laundry service provides delivered cleaned ironed bed linen and cleaned and folded towels. This prevents the need for laundry cluttered terraces or gardens and allows you to relax without the need to do or organise your laundry for personal visits, rental changeovers or holiday rental weekly laundry requirements.
The costs for laundry service and delivery is 12E per person plus 16% IVA (Spanish Government Tax).
We can also arrange for additional laundry services on request to periodically clean curtains, furniture covers, clothing etc. Such cleaning services are priced on request. |
